With over a decade in sport, Jyoti has worked alongside Indian Olympic athletes and organisations to build ideas, brands, and teams that matter. Equal parts left-brain strategist and right-brain storyteller, she enjoys turning complicated ideas into clear, memorable storytelling. As a leader, she values empathy, honesty, and giving people the space to do their best work.
